Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (Section 18) (Appointed Day) Order 2006

I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18(2) of the Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (No. 14 of 2006), hereby order as follows:

1.        This Order may be cited as the Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (Section 18 (Appointed Day) Order 2006.

2.        The day appointed as the appointed day for the purposes of section 18(1) of the Road Safety Authority Act 2006 (No. 14 of 2006) is 1 January 2007.
