ABATTOIRS (CONTROL OF DESIGNATED BOVINE OFFAL) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS 2006

I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 39 of the Abattoirs Act 1988 (No. 8 of 1988), as adapted by the Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 306 of 2002 ), hereby make the following Regulations—

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Abattoirs (Control of Designated Bovine Offal) (Revocation) Regulations 2006.

2.  The Abattoirs (Control of Designated Bovine Offal) Regulations 1996 ( S.I. No. 106 of 1996 ) are revoked.
