I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2007/137/EC of 23 February 2007 1 , hereby make the following regulations— | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. | ||
2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No 130 of 2007 ) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting the following for the definition of “Commission Decision”— | ||
“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No 2006/805/EC of 24 November 2006 and Commission Decision 2007/137/EC of 23 February 2007;”. | ||

These regulations concern import derestrictions due to the improvement of incidence of Classical Swine Fever in certain parts of Germany. | ||
