I, BATT O’KEEFFE, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 40 of the Education Act 1998 (No. 51 of 1998), following consultation with the persons specified in that section, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Education Act 1998 (Composition of National Council for Curriculum and Assessment) Order 2009. | ||
2. The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment shall be composed of the persons specified in the Schedule to this Order. | ||
3. The Education Act 1998 (Composition of National Council for Curriculum and Assessment) Order 2003 ( S.I. No. 45 of 2003 ) is revoked. | ||
