WATER SERVICES ACT 2007 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2009

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th April, 2009.

I, JOHN GORMLEY, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Water Services Act 2007 (No. 30 of 2007) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 30th April 2009 is fixed as the day on which subsections (6) and (7) of section 70 of the Water Services Act 2007 come into operation.
