I, ÁINE BRADY, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) Act 1978 (No. 27 of 1978) and the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 3) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 233 of 2009 ), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 2009. | ||
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 2009. | ||
2. Regulation 8 of the Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) Regulations 1991 ( S.I. No. 326 of 1991 ) is amended by the deletion of subparagraph (b) of paragraph (2). | ||

These Regulations amend Regulation 8 of the Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) Regulations 1991 ( S.I. No. 326 of 1991 ). |
