I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of, and paragraph 5(2) of the Schedule to, the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) (as adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2007 ( S.I. No. 705 of 2007 )), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Election Day) Regulations, 2009. | ||
2. The 27th day of October 2009 is prescribed as an election day for producer members of the National Milk Agency. | ||
