AN CHOMHAIRLE EALAÍON SPOUSES’ AND CHILDREN’S SUPERANNUATION SCHEME 2009 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th December, 2009. | ||
WHEREAS in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 31 of the Arts Act 2003 (No. 24 of 2003), the Arts Council has prepared and submitted to me a scheme for the granting of superannuation benefits to or in respect of its staff; | ||
Now I, MARTIN CULLEN, Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, pursuant to Section 31 of the Arts Act 2003 (No. 24 of 2003), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby approve the superannuation scheme set out hereunder:— | ||
Short Title | ||
1. This Scheme may be cited as the An Chomhairle Ealaíon Spouses’ and Children’s Superannuation Scheme 2009. | ||
Commencement | ||
2. The Scheme shall be deemed to have commenced with effect from the 1st January 1975 which shall be known as the Date of Commencement. | ||
Scheme | ||
3. The instruments or provisions contained in the An Chomhairle Ealaíon Superannuation Fund Trust Deed/Rules and in Schedule II of the Rules (scheme B) dated 13th July 2001, as amended by the Second Schedule of the Deed of Amendment in respect of the An Chomhairle Ealaíon Superannuation Fund dated 8th October 2009 comprise the An Chomhairle Ealaíon Spouses’ and Children’s Superannuation Scheme 2009. | ||
