S.I. No. 393/2010 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Transport) Order 2010.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th July, 2010.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Transport) Order 2010.

2. Mr. Stiofán Nutty, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Mr. Ciarán Cuffe, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, from 26 April 2010.
