S.I. No. 233/2011 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 20th May, 2011.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2011.

2. Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, with effect from 4 April 2011.

3. Marion Mannion, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, with effect from 18 April 2011.
