S.I. No. 399/2011 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd June, 2011.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2011.

2. Mr. Aidan Culhane, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, Custom House, Dublin 1 on 10 May 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Willie Penrose, Minister of State at the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 23 May 2011.
