S.I. No. 458/2011 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th September, 2011.

The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2011.

2. The persons mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Taoiseach, with effect from 09 March 2011.
