S.I. No. 521/2011 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) (No. 2) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2011.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Social Protection, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) (No. 2) Order 2011.

2. Mr. Edward Brophy, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Social Protection, Aras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1 on 20 July 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Social Protection with effect from 29 July 2011.
