S.I. No. 128/2013 - Gaeltacht Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 19th April, 2013.

I, DINNY McGINLEY T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (No. 34 of 2012) and the Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2013 ( S.I. No. 94 of 2013 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 16th day of April 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (No. 34 of 2012), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
