2. In this Act— | ||
“Act of 1960” means the Criminal Justice Act 1960 ; | ||
“Act of 2006” means the Criminal Justice Act 2006 ; | ||
“Minister” means the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs; | ||
“Principal Act” means the Children Act 2001 ; | ||
“Saint Patrick’s Institution” has the same meaning as it has in the Act of 1960. |
