CHILDREN (AMENDMENT) ACT 2015

An Act to amend the Children Act 2001 ; to amend section 1 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1908 , section 10 of the Criminal Justice Administration Act 1914 and section 13 of the Criminal Justice Act 1960 in order to remove persons under the age of 18 years from the scope of those provisions; to amend and extend section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act 1999 ; and to provide for related matters.
