S.I. No. 398/2016 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2016.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health) Order 2016.

2. Ms. Joanne Lonergan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, Hawkins House, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 25 May 2016.

3. Ms. Majella Fitzpatrick, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, Hawkins House, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 30 May 2016.
