Amendment of section 85 of Principal Act

36. Section 85 of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (4):
|

“(4) A copy of an entry or an extract thereof, referred to in subsection (2)(b) or (3)(b) shall omit any reference to or particulars of—
|
|
| |
(a) a personal public service number, and
|
|
| |
(b) any previous adoption,
|
|
| |
and ‘true copy’ in those aforementioned provisions shall be construed accordingly.”.
