37. Section 97 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (1), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b):
“(b) governing the consultation that is required by this Act to be carried out with a relevant non-guardian (which shall include a person who believes himself to be the father) of a child before the child is placed for adoption or before an adoption order is made in respect of that child.”.
