S.I. No. 705/2020 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Education) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th December, 2020.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Education and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Education) Order 2020.

2. Áine Doyle, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Education with effect from 27 June 2020.

3. Christopher Mannion particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Education with effect from 29 July 2020.
