S.I. No. 779/2021 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Justice) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th November, 2021.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Justice) Order 2021.

2. Mr Patrick Cluskey & Mr Fiach Kelly, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, 51 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, are appointed to be a Special Advisers to the Minister for Justice with effect from 1 November 2021.
