S.I. No. 379/2024 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 28th June, 2024.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science) Order 2024.

2. Michael O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with effect from 9 April 2024.

3. Theresa Newman, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with effect from 15 April 2024.
