S.I. No. 713/2024 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Defence) Order 2024


Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th November, 2024.

The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Defence) Order 2024.

2. Stephen Foley, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with effect from 9 April 2024.

3. Stephen Foley, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs with effect from 9 April 2024.

4. Stephen Foley, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Defence, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister of State at the Department of Defence with effect from 9 April 2024.
