Powers of recited Act to extend to this Act.
|
II. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid, That all and singular the several Clauses, Provisoes, Conditions, Powers, and Restrictions in said recited Act mentioned, shall extend to all and every the Committee and Committees of every Idiot or Lunatic, and the Assignee and Assignees of every Bankrupt, as fully and effectually as the said several Clauses, Provisions, Conditions, Powers, and Restrictions, extend to and bind the Guardian or Guardians of any Infant or Infants, and as if such Committee and Committees, Assignee and Assignees were expressly mentioned in said Act, or as if said several Clauses, Provisoes, Conditions, Powers, and Restrictions, were repeated and re-enacted herein as to said Committee and Committees, Assignee and Assignees.
