[1 The duty payable in Great Britain and Ireland respectively under or by virtue of 5 Geo. 3. c. 184, and this Act, for or in respect of a licence to use and exercise the calling or occupation of an appraiser, is rep. 8 & 9 Vict. c. 76. s. 1, which substitutes a different duty. This Act is rep. 33 & 34 Vict. c. 99, except so far as it relates to— (1) duties contained in the 3rd part of the schedule to 55 Geo. 3. c. 184. (2) licences to bankers, pawnbrokers, and appraisers.
