Objections to be brought forward on petition for confirmation.

43. No person shall, except upon special leave of the Lord Chancellor intrusted as aforesaid first obtained, present a petition against the confirmation of a report, but in every case, on the hearing of the petition for confirmation of the report, any objections insisted on as aforesaid may be brought forward in opposition to the confirmation of the report, without any exceptions or cross petition.
