Incorporation by Royal Charter.
|
13. It shall be lawful for Her Majesty by charter to incorporate the trustees with power, notwithstanding the Statutes of Mortmain, to hold land to such extent as is in this Act provided, but no further or otherwise, and the trustees when so incorporated by charter shall continue to Act in the execution of this Act.
