20. The salaries allowances and pensions payable to the Judges of the High Court of Justice and the ordinary Judges of the Court of Appeal respectively under this Act shall be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, or the growing produce thereof. Such salaries and pensions . . . shall be payable to the persons entitled thereto, or to their executors or administrators . . . quarterly . . .
