	Meaning of terms.	40. For the purposes of this part of this Act each of the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to it in this section:
		“Cider” includes perry:
		“Sweets” includes made wines, mead, and metheglin:
		“Beer” includes cider:
		“Wine” includes sweets.
