Extension of 22 & 23 Vict. c. 17. to offences under this Act.

13. The Vexatious Indictments Act, 1859, shall apply to any offence punishable on indictment under this Act, in like manner as if such offence were one of the offences specified in section one of that Act, but this section shall not apply to Scotland.
