17.—(1) Any fees payable in pursuance of this Act shall be paid into the Exchequer.
(2) All expenses of the Board of Trade incurred under this Act, including the salary and allowances payable to an inspector appointed under this Act, shall be paid out out of moneys provided by Parliament.
