AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION BY ALTERING THE AGE OF ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP OF SEANAD EIREANN. [25th October, 1928.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—

Amendment of Article 31 of the Constitution.
|
1.—Article 31 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of the word “thirty-five” now contained therein and the insertion of the word “thirty” in lieu of the word so deleted.
|

|
Short title.
|
2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 8) Act, 1928.
