AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION BY INSERTING THEREIN AN ARTICLE MAKING BETTER PROVISION FOR SAFEGUARDING THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE AND CONTAINING PROVISIONS FOR MEETING A PREVALENCE OF DISORDER. [17th October, 1931.]
