AN ACT TO AMEND AND CONSOLIDATE THE LAW RELATING TO MECHANICALLY PROPELLED VEHICLES, THE REGULATION AND CONTROL OF ROAD TRAFFIC, AND THE USE OF MECHANICALLY PROPELLED VEHICLES FOR THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS, TO MAKE PROVISION FOR COMPULSORY INSURANCE AGAINST LIABILITIES ARISING FROM NEGLIGENT DRIVING OF MECHANICALLY PROPELLED VEHICLES, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
