Increase of aggregate amount of grants and loans. |
2.—Sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Principal Act is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the aggregate amount of the grants and loans to be made under the Principal Act shall not exceed the sum of six hundred and fifty thousand pounds. |
