Tourist Traffic Act, 1939

Definitions.

2.—In this Act—

the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce;

the expression “the Board” means the Irish Tourist Board established in pursuance of this Act;

the word “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Board under this Act.
