AN ACT TO AMEND THE CUSTOMS ACTS AND TO REMOVE DOUBTS IN REGARD TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THOSE ACTS AND IN REGARD TO CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS THEREUNDER. [29th July, 1942.]
