FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1949.

AN ACT TO RE-ENACT SECTION 15 OF THE FISHERIES ACT, 1925 , AS AMENDED BY SUBSEQUENT ENACTMENTS, TO IMPOSE CERTAIN DUTIES ON CLERKS OF BOARDS OF CONSERVATORS, TO AMEND SECTION 13 OF THAT ACT AND TO AMEND THE PROVISIONS OF THE FISHERIES ACTS, 1842 TO 1944 RELATING TO FINES AND FORFEITURES. [26th July, 1949.]
