AN ACT TO FACILITATE THE INTENDED CONSOLIDATION OF THE ENACTMENTS RELATING TO FISHERIES BY REVISING AND CLARIFYING CERTAIN OF THE SAID ENACTMENTS AND REPEALING CERTAIN OF THE SAID ENACTMENTS WHICH HAVE CEASED TO BE IN FORCE OR HAVE BECOME UNNECESSARY AND TO AMEND THE SAID ENACTMENTS IN CERTAIN RESPECTS [17th November, 1949.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—
