Vesting of Shannon Works in Board. |
16.—(1) The Shannon Works are hereby vested in the Board for all the estate and interest of the Minister. | |
(2) Subsection (3) of section 17 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927 (No. 27 of 1927), is hereby repealed. |
