In section 60, the words “the provisions contained in the sections of ‘the
Common Law Procedure Act (Ireland), 1856
,’ in reference to arbitration shall apply to the High Court of Justice and the several Divisions thereof, and the Judges of the same respectively, in the same manner as formerly to the Superior Courts of Common Law and the Judges of the same respectively.”
