AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF THE IMMATURE SPIRITS (RESTRICTION) ACT, 1947 . [8th December, 1969] | ||||||||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— | ||||||||
Amendment of section 2 of Immature Spirits (Restriction) Act, 1947. |
1.— Section 2 of the Immature Spirits (Restriction) Act, 1947 , is hereby amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (1): | |||||||
“(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, no Irish spirits or foreign spirits shall be delivered for home consumption unless they have been warehoused, in the case of rum, for at least one year and, in any other case, for at least three years.” | ||||||||
Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Immature Spirits (Restriction) Act, 1969. | |||||||
(2) The Immature Spirits (Restriction) Act, 1947 , and this Act may be cited together as the Immature Spirits (Restriction) Acts, 1947 and 1969. |
