COUNTY MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1972

AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE APPOINTMENT OF A RATE COLLECTOR UNDER THE COUNCIL OF A COUNTY SHALL BE AN EXECUTIVE FUNCTION FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE COUNTY MANAGEMENT ACTS, 1940 TO 1972. [28th December, 1972]
