SOCIAL WELFARE (PAY-RELATED BENEFIT) ACT, 1973

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL INSURANCE ESTABLISHED BY THE SOCIAL WELFARE ACT, 1952 , SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR PAY-RELATED SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFIT AND FOR PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE MATTER AFORESAID. [3rd April, 1973]
