2.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1958” means the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958 ; | ||
“the Act of 1977” means the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 ; | ||
“the Board” means the Board established under section 8 of this Act; | ||
“An Chomhairle” means An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta established under section 5 of this Act; | ||
“the Institute” means An Foras Talúntais established by the Act of 1958; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Agriculture. |
