ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

Section

1.

Increase of pensions under Old Age Pensions Acts, 1908 to 1980, for week commencing 12th December, 1980.

2.

Increase of pensions under Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Acts, 1935 to 1980, for week commencing 12th December, 1980.

3.

Increase of pensions, deserted wife's benefit and certain allowances under Social Welfare Acts, 1952 to 1980, for week commencing 11th or 12th December, 1980.

4.

Increase of disablement pension and death benefit by way of pension under Social Welfare (Occupational Injuries) Act, 1966, for week commencing 12th December, 1980.

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR AN INCREASE, IN RESPECT OF ONE WEEK IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1980, OF PENSIONS UNDER THE OLD AGE PENSIONS ACTS, 1908 TO 1980, AND THE WIDOWS' AND ORPHANS' PENSIONS ACTS, 1935 TO 1980, AND PENSIONS, CERTAIN ALLOWANCES, DESERTED WIFE'S BENEFIT AND DEATH BENEFIT BY WAY OF PENSION UNDER THE SOCIAL WELFARE ACTS, 1952 TO 1980.
