Grants to Agency, etc.

7.—(1) The Minister may, subject to such conditions as he thinks proper, pay to the Agency in each year out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas a grant or grants of such amount or amounts as the Minister, with the prior approval of the Minister for Finance and after consultation with the Agency, may fix.

(2) The financial year of the Agency shall be the period of twelve months ending on the 31st day of December in any year, and the period from the commencement of this Act to the 31st day of December, 1982, shall be regarded as a financial year.

(3) The Agency shall, in relation to each financial year, prepare and send to the Minister (not later than a date specified by the Minister) an estimate of its total expenditure and receipts, and such estimates shall be in such form as the Minister may require.
