AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) ACTS, 1963 AND 1976. [28th July, 1982]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
