Amendment of section 14 of Principal Act. |
13.— Section 14 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion in subsection (1) of the following paragraph after paragraph (b): | |
“(bb) to renovate or restore a national monument without or otherwise than in accordance with the consent hereinafter mentioned, or”. |
