Compensation to Lay Commissioner. |
9.—(1) The Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, may, out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, provide such compensation to or in respect of a Lay Commissioner ceasing to hold office by reason of section 2 of this Act as the Minister considers reasonable. | |
(2) This section shall have effect notwithstanding any other enactment. |
